Woodlands Conscious Living Centre offers you a place of recovery and renewal. Our practitioners offer a range of consultations to support you through burnout, depression, anxiety, fatigue, grief, restlessness and any other blockage which is not allowing you to live a full and happy life.

Dr Ela Manga is our resident Integrated Medical Practitioner and in conjunction with other our practitioners offers Breathwork, Body Talk, Acupuncture, Coaching, Counselling, Ayurvedic Sessions, Reflexology, Crystal Healing and Reiki.

Spend time enjoying the beauty of Woodlands with wide open spaces to meditate, journal, daydream or soul search, while enjoying a light meal at the Café or booking a treatment at the Spa. The environment at Woodlands provides a space for reflection and contemplation renewing the mind, energising the body, and uplifting the soul.

Dr Ela is an integrated medical practitioner and writer with 15 years’ experience in supporting individuals and teams to manage the effects of stress through her unique holistic approach that combines the principles of eastern philosophy, yoga, breathwork practices, mindfulness and western medicine principles.
